Yes, you can. You’ll still need to take the
assessment to get started with Hone, and we’ll make your
customized treatment plan based on your current hormone
levels. If you have questions about your current
testosterone therapy, our licensed physicians can answer
your concerns during your consultation.
Is my personal information and DNA safe?
Hone takes your security very seriously and
encrypts all of your information, meaning that your
confidential data is handled securely. We also use 256-BIT
TLS Security to keep your payment information safe.
Your blood samples are sent directly to partnered labs
where your sample is tested and promptly disposed of
following California medical waste disposal regulations.
These partner labs do not store or sell your DNA.
Who are Hone’s physicians?
Hone provides administrative and management
services to independently physician-owned and operated
medical practices. Hone licenses the “Hone” brand name to
Broad Health, P.C., and other affiliated medical practices
that use Hone’s business support services. Each
Hone-branded medical practice is owned and operated by a
licensed physician. There is no single provider of medical
care called “Hone”. Each Hone-branded practice engages a
network of United States-based clinicians who provide
clinical telehealth services. The clinicians deliver
clinical services via the Hone platform to their patients.
Hone does not provide medical advice or care, own or
operate the medical practices, employ or in any way

Do physicians review the risks and benefits of any medication?
Yes, physicians have sufficient knowledge of

these during the consultation, and patients are required to
consent to these risks before medication is provided.
